Evernote Premium, at $45 a year, gives me up to a Gigabyte of data downloads a month. It keeps my solo practice organized, and collects information, documents, photos, and other digital stuff in a manageable interface. However, what if you are a small firm with several, or more, employees? You can get case management systems designed for law practices, and there are some great ones. However, for $10 a month per user, you can get up to 2 Gigs of downloads a month, and you can create a folder centric organizational system that is all your own. I think that cloud based services, like MyCase, Clio, and Rocketmatter are probably better suited to small law firms; but, they are more expensive. If you want a business oriented system that is cloud based, and you don't want your time and billing online, this might be worth a look.?
